1. Who runs this site

1.1. deenwell.org is run by Kyan Oberas, sole proprietor operating as Oberas Co (Ontario BIN 1001234697), for its DeenWell brand. "We" and "us" mean Oberas Co.

2. Using the films

2.1. You can watch, share and re-upload DeenWell films and other content from this site for free. Any modification, including re-editing, re-voicing, translating or adding to a film, needs our written approval first. Ask at contact@deenwell.org.

2.2. Our films play through YouTube, so YouTube's own terms apply to the player.

3. Gifts

3.1. Gifts made through this site are covered by our giving terms.

4. What you send us

4.1. When you send feedback, a correction, a story idea or an application to join, you let us read it, reply to it and use the idea. We won't publish your name or your words without asking you first.

4.2. Please don't send anything unlawful, abusive or that isn't yours to share.

5. Accuracy

5.1. We source every film carefully and list the sources on its page, and we correct mistakes when they are found. If you spot one, send us a correction.

6. Links to other sites

6.1. We link to YouTube, LaunchGood, Buy Me a Coffee, Stripe and the app stores. Their own terms and privacy policies apply there.

7. Liability

7.1. The site and the films are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses that come from using the site. To confirm: liability wording with an Ontario lawyer.

8.1. We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
